Adventures in Eating

Max got to try cantalope and tomato.  The tomato got taken away because he bit a chunk off with his one mini tooth.  He loved the melon.

Thanksgiving

Max enjoyed his first Thanksgiving.  He had sweet potato casserole and squash.

Corn on the Cob

Max didn't get to eat corn on the cob, but he got a little taste of it.  We gave him an ear after it had been "cleaned".  Max just licked and sucked that cob to death.

Quilt

The Patchwork and Prayer Ministry at Germantown Baptist Church made Max this quilt.  His reaction to it was priceless.  Normally, they sew quilts for children at LeBohneur Children's Hospital and St. Jude.  They never meet the children that receive them.  A member of the ministry is in my parent's Sunday school class.  Max has been on the quilt ministry's prayer list for a long time and they made this quilt especially for him.  They attached toys to the back and put in pockets.  They also picked out very soft fabric.  They put a lot of thought into it.

Couch Potato

Max and DJ were just chilling on the couch last night. They are in the same position, ankles crossed and all. I love it.

Football

Here are two examples of how Max can do anything he puts his mind to.  He can play football, or do the play-by-plays.

His Uncle Ross wants him to play.  He thinks he has the perfect excuse to hit late!

Yogurt

Max recently got to try yogurt for the first time.  He thoroughly enjoyed it, and took it very seriously.  And yes, he did get some in his mouth.
