Coat

Max got a winter coat for Christmas.  We're going to have to make a trip to Pennsylvania so that he can actually use it.  My aunt Jane bought it before we moved to FL.

He loved the paper and any kitchen utensil he could get his hands on.

My Gym

In Max's gym class they had him swinging from the rings!

Sippy Cup

Max is learning how to hold a sippy cup.  He doesn't drink from it yet but he'll eventually figure it out.

Walking

All in a days work...  DJ saved a turtle while we were walking in the neighborhood.

Crazy Hair

At one point last week we actually thought Max's hair was "flattening".  Well, then he woke up the next day.

Big Boy

Max was playing in his exersaucer, he just looked so cute.  He thought he was such a big boy because he was standing up.

Feeding

We've started to give Max small foods so he can learn to feed himself.  He put one puff in his mouth.  But, he did let me feed him.  He didn't know what to to think.

Oranges

We put frozen oranges in this little feeding contraption. He, of course, enjoyed it.

Christmas Picture

Well, I had an adventure trying to get a decent picture for our Christmas cards. You'll have to wait till you get the card to see the winner. Here is a selection of the ones that didn't make the cut. We tried two separate times today.

I can do it.

Max has finally figured out this activity gym. He can go all the way around it. But, he only goes counter clockwise. He really enjoys the music. But, is a fan of anything he can get in his mouth. I think we have another tooth coming in.

Costco

Max is now sitting up well enough to ride in the shopping cart.  That is very convenient for me.  He loves to hear himself talk in large stores, like Target and Costco.  And today he was downright disruptive at the Dollar Tree.  All of our Christmas/Grocery shopping must have worn him out.  He was laughing one minute and then just collapsed the next.  His head is leaning on my drink, at least it was styrofoam and could support that big noggin.  People stopped their cars in the parking lot to comment on how precious he was.

Fishing

DJ, my brother Ross and my Dad went deep sea fishing on Saturday.  Nobody got sick, surprisingly, and they even caught fish.  We grilled the catch that night.

Beach Time

We spent Friday afternoon at the beach.  The water was too cold for my tastes, but Max liked the sand.  He worked really hard at getting his hat off. Afterwards Max played with Cici's visor.

Drinks and Dinner

The Friday after Thanksgiving we wen to the Ritz Carlton for drinks and then to The Turtle Club for dinner.  We had some amazing food and great wine.  Max was great the entire time.  Don't you love his matching hat and shirt.  Those were a gift from my aunt Jane.
