Eyes

Max now has conformers in both of his eyes. His ocularist is trying to determine where on the shell he needs to paint the iris and pupil. He drew lines and a series of dots directly on the conformer so that we can find the proper placement. My job this week is to catch Max with his eyes open and take lots of pictures.

Nursing the Bottle

Max has been on so much antihistamine that he is thirsty. Last night he kept asking for water. He fell asleep clutching the sippy cup.

Iced Tea

I love ice tea and I live in a place where it is not readily available. We pass a Chickfila on the way to Max's eye guy and I always stop. I nurse that drink all day until Max finds the straw. Luckily he hasn't figured out how to drink out of the straw yet.

Booster Seat

Max learned how to take the tray off his high chair and throw it this week. We immediately upgraded to a booster seat. I thought eating off the plate could be a problem because with the high chair he would dump the food onto the tray. But, there is no more food on the floor with the booster as compared to the high chair. He's getting so old.

Singing

Max sings a lot. I love it!

Apron

When the Easter Bunny visited Max in Memphis he brought an apron.

My Dare Devil

Max and I were playing on the back porch today. I ran inside to get a towel and returned to find this!!! I am so lucky the table didn't tip over. He had a good time.

B-Rad Bear

Max is on the mend, but last night he looked so pitiful. He still loves the bear his B-Rad got him the Christmas before he was born. It is the only stuffed animal he'll touch.

Dinner

Max wasn't thrilled with his dinner selection tonight.

Kiddie Pool

Max played in the kiddie pool in Cici and Dude's backyard. It wasn't as warm as the pool in Florida!

Max has been eating cheese puffs non-stop since we got to Memphis.

Tired Boy

Teeter Totter

Max got this teeter totter as an early birthday gift. We needed more outdoor toys to hold him over till the swing set is installed. He likes it when DJ totters him the most.

We have been approved by our HOA for the swing set. I applied for a permit with our town last week and we're waiting to hear about that. If we receive the permit we will have it installed then the town must come out to inspect it. I put less work into applying to college!

Bouncing

Max loves to dribble and bounce his kick ball. He also tries to sit on it like he does in physical therapy. We are asking for a head injury.

Mall

I forgot that I took these pictures last week. I took Max to the mall play area after his haircut. What a difference! He is now climbing and exploring all over the place.
