Tiny Bubbles!

Max has learned how to blow bubbles.  It is now a favorite talent and just creates the need for even more bibs.

Music Max

My Mom found pint size music instruments.  These are Max's favorite.  One day he's going to knock himself on the head pretty good with them.  Until then, he'll play away...

I'm tired!

Max actually fell asleep in his Johnny Jump Up today.  One minute he was jumping away and the next he was snoring.  He just wore himself out.  He gets cuter everyday.

Food!

Max has started eating rice cereal.  Let's just say he loves it.  I can't wait to start baby food.  He's going to love it.

Laughing

Max has really started to belly laugh.  In this clip I think DJ and I are laughing harder than Max.

Bathtime

Max has always enjoyed his bath. Up until now he has been so relaxed in the tub that he was known to fall asleep before his hair was even washed. Now he is starting play in the water. We hope he is going to be a water baby and enjoy swimming.

Hands!

How do we get Max to be interested in reaching for things when he can't see them? Well, I've forced him to know that something is there. I change out what is hanging around him routinely. He doesn't know what to expect, but he reaches for it once he knows it's there.

Joey Dorsey for Mayor

We took Max to meet Joey Dorsey. For those who don't follow U of M basketball he was our big man. He just got drafted to Houston. Joey was signing basketballs to benefit the boys and girls club. He had no problems holding Max at all.

Johnny Jump Up

Max loves to be upright. His new favorite toy is the Johnny Jump Up. I've put the piano under him to encourage movement. But, he's a little too small for it now so I have him padded up. He likes to chew on the seat.
