Puzzle

Max playing with his new puzzle from Nana.

Plastic Bag

With all the toys Max has, he still manages to have a ton of fun with simple, household objects.

Cowboy Boots

Max's boots from Uncle B-Rad finally fit. However, the poor child can't walk in them. I was thinking Max would be Charlie Brown for Halloween. If I can get him to walk in the boots he might be a cowboy instead.

Max and Titus

We met Titus at the park for a quick play date. By the looks of Max and Titus' legs on the swings we need to fatten our boys up. Titus had his white cane and was exploring like crazy!

Nana and Jackie

We also had DJ's Mom and family friend Jackie (Max calls her Shaggy) for a visit. They were gracious enough to drive down DJ's new car from PA. They took a 5 day trek and visited The Biltmore and St. Augustine on the way. I do not have any pictures from their visit. Max was sick and we spent a lot of time just hanging out. They got to take a airboat tour of the Everglades and hang out by our pool. The weather did not cooperate for the beach. We attempted it, but it was like being sandblasted by the wind.

Nana brought Max her rocking chair! This chair was built for her by her aunt and uncle when they were having a dining room set made. Max fell in love with it and she thought he should have it. We'll treasure it and not let Max chew on it.

Beach!

Max spent most of the day like this. He was just starting to catch a cold.

We've had several visitors over the past two weeks. And, I'm sorry I haven't updated the blog.

My Dad had meetings in Ft. Lauderdale so he brought my Mom along. We spent some time at doctor's appointments and therapies, went to Ikea to get Max a twin bed, and spent the entire day at the beach.

Well, DJ and I were unable to properly rig the toddler bed and Max broke it again. So, we've had another transition.
