Swing Set

The Swing Set is under construction. Our new handy man, Tim, worked on it all day. He'll be back to finish it off tomorrow or Wednesday. Max has no idea how much this will change his life!

Books

Max got two big boy books for his birthday! Whitney picked out Holes by Louis Sachar and The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin to help start his older library. (Can you tell she taught middle school?) She ordered from Seedlings our favorite book store for Max. Seedlings called her to confirm her order because her selection wasn't inline with what Max has gotten in the past. Talk about customer service.

Each book comes in two volumes and they are huge!

Morning Meds

Max is still sick! We give him Zyrtec, Motrin and an antibiotic every morning. I'm sick of it.

More Eyes

Max is really keeping his eyes open more. DJ and I are adjusting, it really does change his "look". It is still really hard to catch them open in a photograph.

Relaxing by the Pool

After dinner it was too cold to get in the pool. DJ and Max just put their feet in at first. Eventually, they both ended up swimming and shivering! I am just not brave enough to swim in cold water.

Two Years Old!!

Can you believe Max is a 2 year old???? Where did my red headed baby go???? We celebrated with waffles (surprise), his two year check-up, lunch with Daddy, a visit to the park a then dinner at Friendly's. He is getting his swing set next week. I am so excited!!!! Max will be able to swing when ever he wants to.
